Histology
Glioma AI predicts the histology of Glioma non-invasively using brain MRI. The histology predicted is based on WHO 2021 brain tumor classification.

Genetics
Genetic markers are predicted by Glioma AI which. These genetic markers are foundation of new WHO 2021 brain tumor classification.
The image shown above is analysis of open source image on pathology outline, orignally contributed by Bharat Ramial, M.D. Glioma AI correctly identifies it as IDH wildtype glioblastoma.

Survival Stratification
We have proved in our previous paper “Imaging-based stratification of adult gliomas prognosticates survival and correlates with the 2021 WHO classification.” That imaging can predict the survival in glioma patients. Glioma AI further helps in such imaging stratification.
About us
GliomaAI.org is dedicated to bringing artificial intelligence from the research wing into clinical practise. WHO 2021 classification heavily relies on genetic information for prognostication. Unfortunately, not all patients can undergo stereotactic biopsy for histology and genetic analysis due to co-morbidities or lack of access to facilities. GliomaAI.org hopes to bring some closure to these stories by prognosticating the Gliomas non-invasively using only an MRI scan of the brain.

Update on Our Recent Free Trial and Next Steps
We’re pleased to share that our free trial has concluded, and we’ve received an encouraging response from participants in over 50 countries. We are now in the process of evaluating the results for statistical analysis.
If you weren’t able to participate in the free trial, don’t worry—we’re here to help. Please feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis. We are also exploring the possibility of offering this radiogenomic service on a fee-for-service basis in the near future.
